Billing and cancellation
Effective October 29, 2026
These terms explain how Daigle Marketing LLC charges for websites and hosting, how renewals work, and how to cancel.
The website fee
$500 one time, paid in two parts: $250 when you approve your preview and $250 when the site launches. You pay through secure Stripe payment links that we email you. We never take card details over the phone.
Hosting and care renews monthly
Hosting and care costs $400 a month and starts the month your site goes live. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. Stripe emails you a reminder before each renewal and a receipt after each payment, so a charge never comes as a surprise.
Cancel any time, online
Cancelling is as easy as signing up, and you never have to call us:
- In your dashboard, open Account and choose Manage billing or cancel.
- Or go straight to our secure billing page (the link is in your dashboard and in our monthly emails), enter your email, and cancel there.
- Or tell us through the contact form, or reply to any email from us. We cancel it within one business day and confirm by email.
There are no cancellation fees. Your site stays online until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you're ever charged after asking to cancel, we refund that charge.
After you cancel
Ask us within 30 days and we'll send you a copy of your site's text and photos. If we registered a domain for you, we'll help you move it to your own account. After 30 days we delete the site, your uploaded files and your dashboard access, as described in our privacy policy.
Missed payments
If a monthly payment fails, Stripe tries again and we'll let you know by email. If it stays unpaid for 30 days, we may take the site offline until it's paid.
Price changes
We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to your monthly price. You can cancel before it takes effect.
